Red patch of skin, constantly wet
I have a large variety of symtoms due to an undiagnosed underlying issue, due to money issues I cannot afford health insurance and cannot go see a doctor, my symptoms include chronic migraines, foggy brain and memory, extreme fatigue (I've slept for 20+ hours and still felt fatigued before), a lot of skin issues including a large rash type problem I've had for years, I assumed it was psoriasis or something like that, also very irregular bowel problems, I regularly go 3+ days before passing stool, and its very painful when I do. About a month ago my skin around my belt area was very red and itchy, and now I've developed a very distinct patch of red skin, that produced a lot of wetness as well

Thanks for the query. Fungal infection is becoming an increasing problem due to rampant usage of antifungals. Please see a dermatologist as some extra medications are coprescribed many a times to treat. If needed a simple skin test can also be done. Till then use only OTC anti-allergic medications to control itching. Personal hygiene should be good. Wear loose fitting clothes.

Your dermatologist will decide a treatment plan for you after a consultation.
