Red or yellow band

Asked for Male, 30 Years

Dear Doctor I have this band for almost 3 months. When i switch mobile torch and look at it its is yellow in colour.. Its approximately 1.7 mm.. Its not spread to skin around the nail like what they say in hutchinson sign.. Could it be a melanoma?
