Red marks on palms and foot
Hello Team,
I getting red marks on my palms and foot. It pains when i touch it. Initially it was on foot but now I am getting in on my palms as well as fingers. It goes away automatically and I don't know why it comes. Only thing I have experienced or observed is that it comes when I don't sleep well or too exhausted.
On foot I am getting it from 3-4 years now but it goes away in 2-3 days. I consulted rheumatologist in year 2015 and did all the tests which were suggested but no deficiency.
Please help.

You are suffering from what Dermatologist call chronic urticaria. Common causes are food allergy, infection or drugs taken for some condition. It presents with itching resulting in formation of red rashes which we call hives or wheals. Although in most cases cause remains unknown in spite of a thorough search.
