Red itchy rashes on both of my palms

Asked for Female, 28 Years

Hi Doctor, I had extreme Throat and ear pain. I consulted an ENT and is better now. But I have red itching rashes on both of my upper and lower palms and feet. 11:39 PM Is this due to any medicine he prescribed? The medicines prescribed by him are: Augmentin 625 duo and Pyrigesic 1000. Can you suggest any medicine to get rid of itching.
