Yesterday night I was at my friend's house then when I got home I got some itch at just the center of the chest. When I itched it some water like came out of it. And after 10-20 minutes those red bumps spread on my chest and became so itchy. I had levocetrizine and applied opesoft max lotion with cortisol lotion. This morning when I got up, itching is some what reduced but now they are looking like tiny red bumps something filled inside the bumps. Kindly diagnose. I am attaching image of it. Advice me what to do

Based on the history and the image, this appears most consistent with a localized allergic reaction or insect bite reaction, which can cause sudden itching followed by small red bumps or tiny fluid-filled lesions. The fact that it started suddenly and improved partially with levocetirizine and steroid lotion supports an allergic/inflammatory cause.
Next Steps:
• Continue levocetirizine once daily for 2–3 days if itching persists.
• Apply a mild topical steroid or soothing lotion (like calamine) for 3–5 days.
• Avoid scratching the area to prevent secondary infection.
• Keep the area clean and dry.
Helpful Tips / Word of Caution:
• Such reactions usually settle within a few days.
• If the rash spreads rapidly, becomes painful, forms pus, or persists beyond 5–7 days, consult a dermatologist for further evaluation.
• Also check bedding/clothing for possible insect exposure if similar episodes occur again.
