Red itching patches on lower abdimen

Asked for Male, 48 Years

Having red patches on lower abdomen.. And near arm pits..and back full area.. Mainly due to sweating in this hot weather.. Applied dermikem oc for few days.. Relieved.. But then comes back again.. Used clocip powder but temporarily relief.. What to do next?
