Red gram size slight spot- hand& legs

Asked for Female, 49 Years

Yesterday, there were 1 or 2 red gram sixe spots on hand/lower arm. today morning saw 4-5 such spots on both legs too. she is under medicine for diabetics & cholesterol for 2 months but didn't notice any such allergy so far. Medicines is taking are TENEPAN M 500MG/20MG, PREGALIN X SR 75MG & ROSUVAS 10MG. Is this due to some allergy or heat in the body?
