  4. Red eyes always. Water or anything else?

Dear Doctor, my both eyes always red. when i living in office and used my laptop..but i don't think due to laptop screen.... i thing its AC issue. when AC air came in my eyes then they r red... what should i do .. can i drop rose water or anything else? please suggest. Thanks, Shekhar
