Red dots on hands also inseen rash face

Asked for Female, 32 Years

I noticed a week ago I had a rash on my neck that has moved up my face to my chin. It is not red and can't be seen but felt. I also as of yesterday have tiny red dots on the top of my right hand and its dry. Today they are on the other had to..they are not raised bumps. I also had a DNC on the 7th non pregnancy related not sure its related. Besides that i feel fine.
