Red dots, non itchy on legs and arms.

Asked for Female, 30 Years

Smal red dots were seen 3 days back on the areas around both the feet, which is increasing day by day. Spreaded on complete legs and now started spreading on arms too. Taken anti allergic tablets and ointment after consulting a physician for two days, but not helping. Please suggest.
