Hi, a small red dot appeared on my chest (not bump, no mole). I don't think it's that "cherry angioma" that my mother has. I read that it's linked to aging, but I'm 19 yo so i doubt that's the case.

Hi. Yes chances are there that it can be cherry angioma because your mother is having it. But it can be spider nevus or angiokeratoma. It will be confirmed when you show it to the dermatologist.
