Red dot covering his full body

Asked for Male, 22 Years

Sir,Actually one of my friend is suffering from skin disease recently. Today morning when he woke up he saw some red dots in his face and as soon as the time gone it's started covering his hole body. Body temperature is little bit high. But no inflammation can found on that infected area.
