Red dot bumps on 8 months baby cheeks

Asked for Female, 25 Years

My baby is 8 months old. I can see small red dot like pimples(so many) on her cheeks. It is existing from past 1 month. What is the cause for this and what should I do? Any home remedies are there for this? Thanks in advance.
