This looks like a pyogenic granuloma (vascular growth) or possibly an infected lesion/boil. Since it is present for 1 month and appears red and raised, it is unlikely to resolve on its own. Next Steps • Do not squeeze or puncture the lesion • Keep the area clean and apply a topical antibiotic (like mupirocin) twice daily • Cover with a small dressing to avoid friction • You should consult a dermatologist — it may require cauterization/laser or minor procedure for complete removal Helpful Tips / Word of Caution: • These lesions can bleed easily if traumatized • Avoid repeated touching or irritation • Home treatment alone may not be sufficient • Early removal prevents recurrence and complications You can consult with me online via practo for detailed evaluation and treatment

Based on your description and the image, this appears most likely to be a localized bacterial infection such as a small abscess/furuncle or possibly an infected cyst on the palm or can be friction blister due to repeated trauma. Since it has been present for 1 month and not resolving, it is important to treat it properly rather than waiting further.
Next Steps
Do online consultation.
Health Tips
