Red colour cavity in upper teeths for 2 years baby boy. Sometime shouts for pain during eating & drinking time. Lower teeths are ok. Need help

They are most likely new cavities forming. Ideally, best to consult a pediatric dentist for further care and treatment if required. If you're unable to visit a dentist right away, please continue brushing twice a day with a small amount of kids toothpaste and control sugar intake. If child is still being breast fed or bottle fed before sleeping, try to slowly discontinue the feeding habit.

Your description is suggestive of active caries which must has infected the pulp(roots of the teeth)...  Patient age is very young to avail definitive treatment without sedating.. You can go for some toothpaste to slow down the decay and let amid pandemic become less aggressive ...  If pain persists you can go for antibiotics and pain killers for some time..  By the time patients probably may become little bit ready for treatment too(hopefully)
