Red bums on forehead
Hi, I used to have these tiny bums on my forehead who's head was black in colour, these were present since long I don't even remember the exact time, yesterday I thought to remove these with blackheads removing tool, assuming that these are just black heads, but this is the condition now. Red and bit swelled.

Tiny bumps on the forehead are often closed comedones. Removing them with a tool can cause inflammation, redness, or secondary infection. Avoid touching or squeezing further. Apply a cold compress to reduce swelling and use a gentle, fragrance-free moisturizer. You may apply a little aloe vera gel for soothing. If pain, pus, or increasing redness occurs, proper examination is important. You may visit our clinic for safe acne and skin care management.
