Red Brownies scar on skin

Asked for Female, 31 Years

There is reddish scar appeared on my elbow and it happen third time on the same place. it disappeared automatically after 2 to 3 days..currently its paining to somewhat which was not there previously. can i please have some guidance on this as i am completely unaware about this. thank you so much!! For note I am not suffering from any allergy or any other diseases. I have attached image for that scar.
