I have keratosis pilaris on my arms (not diagnosed) and i thought it had also went on to my face (outside around ear area, outer cheek). i researched and also read it could be a gluten intolerance causing the big red blotches all over my cheek. i've never been tested for gluten intolerance either, im self conscious going out without wearing any makeup and would like to find a treatment.
