Red/black patch under my lower lip

Asked for Male, 28 Years

Hi, It's been 6 to 8 months I got a red patch under lower lip that is turning black. I went to couple of dermatologists they gave me some creams like mmts kenokart cetafil zimig sertacide B. When I am using it its decreasing when I stop its coming back again. Dont know what the prob Is. I am attacking pic for reference Thanks
