Red birthmark on face
I have a red birthmark on my right cheek (portwine stain), i have gone through laser (VBeam (Vascular) pulsed dye laser )done 8 times but that hasn't lightened it. What are other methods to lighten birthmark's. Should i go with surgical excision or any other laser treatment
