Recurring Itching foot and Palm

Asked for Female, 30 Years

Since last few days I have developed itching on all the body but specially on palm and foot. I started taking citrizine and it did not occur for 1.5 days but repeatedly it's happening. Till now I have ate close to 9 citrizine every alternate days. Before this I was under treatment for red oval shaped patches guess pitryriasis rosea (don't remember the name exactly) which the doctor has diagnosed and given medicines like omnicef, multivitamins , ointment to apply etc. and asked me to improve my immunity. Also I have a hypothyroidism and I am taking 50 much medicine for that. Need suggestions for recovery from recurring itching.

You are suffering from what Dermatologist call urticaria. Common causes are food allergy, infection or drugs taken for some condition. It presents with itching resulting in formation of red rashes which we call hives or wheals. Although in most cases cause remains unknown in spite of a thorough search.
