Recurring growth on back
My mother has a wart-like growth on her back that has blood circulating to it. It’s about the size of a small pearl, we had cut it off once before but it has fully grown back. It is also very itchy and last time her bra cut into it and had cut off circulation and it turned black. I have images of the growth. We are very concerned but she doesn’t have health insurance, though we did apply for benefits for her this week. We’d really just like to know if this is something to be concerned about and
