You seem to have a condition called chronic folliculitis of scalp. There are medicines and gels and shampoos which will give you good relief. Some precautions you need to do are avoid oil massage, avoid vigorous rubbing of scalp during bath while shampooing and after bath with towel. Avoid smoking. You can take a paid direct consultation in my name for the prescription of medicines. Regards, Dr Johny Chacko
