Recurring evening fever and backache.

Asked for Female, 28 Years

From past two threw weeks my body temperature rises to 100° n 102° degrees. I am also suffering from Tropical Sprue and Molluscum contagiosum. What is it? I have done typhoid test also and it was clear. Please guide what should I do?
