Have recurrent uti last 5years.each time some different strain of bacteria their.
Few questions:-'1) resistance increasing very few % of total oral medicine is sensitive in latest culture
2) so is this same old bacteria which came in earlier culture and change mutation or new exposure fresh one how to know same
3) if sensitive of earlier culture is repeated in new culture but few sensitive now turned resistance and antibiotics resistance of earlier culture 100% is resistances in new culture means same bacteria change mutation.and this time new few sensitive medicine earlier now become resistance since same bacteria was their in body for few years n it's has developed ways to.fight antibiotics?
That way this work?
4) every new culture has new bacteria means most of old bacteria died 100% died or partially only.it dies and few bacteria remains
5) how to get rid of prostate infection??
Please clarify point wise if possible
Thanks

Dear practo user, resistance develops by inappropriate use of antibiotics. Please rule out any other comorbidities like Diabetes, use of any other medicines,.Advice to take lot of oral fluids, Hygiene mentaince. Go for appropriate Rx.
Hello.
1.Yes, resistance can increase with inappropriate use of antibiotics.
2. You can only know the growth of bacteria by culture test
3. Same applies inappropriate use of antibiotics.
4. Bacteria is a micro-organism. The growth of bacteria can be from fresh exposure or a latent one.
5. Prostate infection- you should have mentioned initially.
Solution: If you have bladder or prostate disorder there might be tendency of the urine to be retained in the bladder. The stagnation will cause the growth of the micro-organisms and recurrent infections.
until and otherwise, the root cause of the complaint is not treated this will recur.

Hello Roshan,
I understand your concern. Recurrent UTIs for 5 years with changing bacteria and rising resistance is indeed frustrating. Let me clarify your questions one by one:
Resistance increasing â very few oral medicines sensitive now
Yes, this happens because frequent/repeated antibiotics give bacteria a chance to learn and become resistant. Thatâs why over time, only very few antibiotics remain effective.
Is it the same old bacteria mutating or new exposure every time?
Sometimes, itâs the same bacteria persisting in the urinary tract/prostate and mutating (developing resistance).
Other times, itâs a fresh infection from outside (new exposure).
To differentiate, doctors compare culture reports (same species name = likely persistent/mutated; different species = new infection).
Earlier sensitive drugs now resistant â same bacteria mutation?
Correct If earlier sensitive medicines have turned resistant, it usually means the same bacteria stayed in your system and developed new survival strategies against those antibiotics.
New bacteria in culture â does it mean old ones are fully dead?
Not always. Most old bacteria may die with treatment, but a few resistant ones can remain dormant and flare up again. Also, new bacteria from outside can colonize your urinary tract if immunity is low.
How to get rid of prostate infection?
Allopathy usually recommends long antibiotic courses, but resistance limits this option.
Homeopathy works differently: instead of attacking bacteria directly, it improves your natural defense, urinary tract health, and prostate immunity so that bacteria cannot keep relapsing.
By treating at the constitutional level, we aim not just to clear the present infection but also to prevent recurrence in the long run.
Yes, resistance can come from mutation of the same bacteria.
Sometimes, new bacteria can also infect.
Old bacteria may not fully die â they can hide and return.
Strengthening your system (not just chasing antibiotics) is key for long-term cure.
At Health Global Homoeopathy Clinics, we have treated many patients with recurrent UTIs and chronic prostatitis, helping them reduce antibiotic use and prevent relapse naturally.

There's excellent homoeopathic medicine for your complaints.

Need more details for proper treatment and guidance.
Antibiotics do get resistance over a time, since you are having since 5 years even your sensitive to some bacteria
You need to break the tendency
Now you have asked the question in Homoeopathy section
Where Homoeopathy doesnt work like this- it doesn’t form tendency and also it breaks cycle of repetition
Consult to give full history and you will be fine
Recurrent UTIs with changing resistance patterns usually indicate a chronic underlying tendency rather than just fresh infections every time. Let me clarify your doubts point-wise:
1. Resistance increases when bacteria adapt to repeated antibiotic exposure.
2. Sometimes itâs the same strain mutating; other times, new strains are picked up â cultures alone canât always confirm which.
3. Yes, when earlier sensitive antibiotics stop working, it often means the same bacteria developed resistance over time.
4. Cultures showing new bacteria doesnât mean all old ones are gone â some may persist in small numbers while new strains join in.
5. If the prostate is involved, proper evaluation is needed because chronic prostatitis can maintain the infection cycle.
In homeopathy, the approach is not to chase each culture but to treat the bodyâs tendency to recurrent infection and improve resistance naturally.
Hi Roshan, thank you for sharing your concern. Recurrent urinary tract infections happen not only because of bacteria, but also because the natural defense system of the urinary tract has become weak. Normally, there are protective bacteria and a healthy pH balance in the urinary tract that act as a shield against repeated infections. When this balance is disturbed, infections keep coming back even after strong antibiotics.
So the key is not just killing the infection each time, but rebuilding your natural immunity in that area. Homeopathic medicines can help restore this balance and strengthen your body’s resistance, so that you don’t have to depend on repeated courses of medicines.
If you’d like to know more about this approach for your case, feel free to connect with me.
Health Tips
Quick tips usually give only temporary relief in recurrent UTI. What truly helps is understanding the root cause and rebuilding your body’s natural defense — that needs proper guidance, not shortcuts.
Hi ,
Quite an interesting question. Here is my understanding of your case :
1. If the same germ comes in culture again → it means old bacteria survived & changed.
2. If a new germ shows → it’s a fresh infection.
3. Antibiotics sometimes stop working because bacteria learn and become resistant.
Health Tips
Drink 2–3 L water daily.
Don’t hold urine, empty bladder fully.
Avoid alcohol, excess coffee, very spicy food.
Take probiotics/yogurt to support gut & bladder health.
Good hygiene after toilet/sex, cotton underwear.
Regular exercise & avoid constipation.
