Typhoid cause is intake of infected food and water. There is inflammation of intestines which stays for long period if proper diet is not followed. Consult through practo forevaluation and diet counselling so that typhoid fever doesnt reccur. Some ayurvedic herbs also work well.
Recurrent typhoid fever suggests low immunity or chronic carrier state (persistent Salmonella in gallbladder or intestines).
Possible Reasons for Recurrence:
Carrier State â Bacteria may persist in the gallbladder.
Low Immunity â Weak digestion & metabolism (Agni Mandya).
Contaminated Water/Food Exposure â Even home-cooked food may have unnoticed contamination.
Ayurvedic Treatment for Permanent Relief:
â Sudarshan Churna â Antipyretic & antimicrobial action.
â Arogyavardhini Vati â Helps eliminate toxins & strengthen the liver.
â Guduchi (Tinospora Cordifolia) Kwath â Boosts immunity.
â Panchakarma (Detox Therapy) â Virechana (purgation) to cleanse gut bacteria.
â Diet & Lifestyle:
Drink boiled water only.
Include ginger, turmeric, amla & black pepper in food.
Avoid raw salads & stale food.
Take Ananda bhirava rasa thrice daily .Sudarshana Ghana vati thrice daily Amritottara kashaya 20ml twice daily with equal quantity of warm water. Take this for 1 month
