Recurrent pimples on scalp. With this?

I have this pimples on my head from past 2 and half years, which persists until I take antibiotics (any penicillin or cephalosporin) for about 1 week...it goes away for about 1-2 months then again start coming...till now I have taken about 5-6 times antibiotic for the same thing but still the problem goes on, from today again I have to start cefpodoxime 200 with clavupanate, bcoz again the pimples are painful and are itching a lot...they also usually spread to my beard and also to hairs on my chest... Also I usually get jock itch for which I use luliconazole.... I am afraid that I may become resistant to antibiotics, but there is no other option... Can you please recommend me any other alternative or any next step which I should take... Is there any internal problem associated with this? Thanks in advance for ur time...
