I don't have pain while bleeding No itching no swelling No weight loss No conspitation No allergies No abodmen pain Yesterday bleeding 3 times in a row after motion, is it a due to piles or any chance of colon cancer, I'm really worried about it please suggest me what to do.

To me it can be inflammatory bowel disease. Cancer is very less likely.  Colonoscopy will help to differentiate between IBS, IBD (ULCERATIVE COLITIS) And cancer.
Next Steps
CBc fecal calprotectin and CRP needs to be done.
