Rectal bleed
2 week ago 1 day I have constipation after passing stool I can not sit whole day it's too much pain after some days it was itching inside annus. Now today i have seen after stool pass when wiping annus fresh blood come 5 6 drops but today not any hard stool and not pain or burning. Kindly help. There is no lumps outside annus or any cut mark.

Streaks of blood and pain while passing stools suggestive of Anal fissure. So, consume high fibre diet, adequate hydration, oint 2%Lox inside the anal canal apply it 15 mins before passing stools, and sitz bath twice daily for 20 mins. Follow this for atleast 4-6 weeks.
