Recommendation For HerniaSurgery. Mid?.

I am suffering from Inguinal Hernia in right groin area. I was suppose to get it operated on 26th March but due to Corona Lockdown it has been delayed till further updates don't know when will it get operated. But from 2 3 days I'm suffering from regular pain and suddenly pain comes even I take painkillers too. There are few known hospitals in South Delhi which are ready to do it in a day or two. Please recommend me is it safe to get it operated in this situation which is going on in the country as surgeries are not happening. If yes should I get Laproscopic or Open Surgery. Should I get it operated or wait till May June mid?. It has already been more than a month since it was detected. Very urgent consultation required. I will be very grateful for your guidance as I am very much tensed🙏
