I m 4 month pregnant....doctor gave me delivery date of 20 Jan... I m unmarried...due placenta previa I can't abort the child.... And my engagement is on 2week of December...we tried a lot to postponed our marriage and engagement but we can't... My fiance is supporting me but we can't tell anything to our family and it's not his baby.... Kindly suggest can I give birth to this baby in 7month safely as I don't have any other option

it depends upon the stage of placenta previa, as if it is grade 3placenta previa means normal delivery is not possible even in grade two normal delivery not possible, and only in grade one normal may happen but not sure, so more chances of caessarion section.
