Asked for Female, 26 Years

I am 26 unmarried having regular cycle so far. But last month I had a single day period and I have not got my next cycle yet this month. Last month on the same day of my period, I had fever which later developed into dengue.

Do a urine pregnancy test to clear doubts on pregnancy and if Negative you may wait for a few more days for periods to show ,or else get an ultrasound done for lower abdomen to clear doubts on any other underlying issues .
