Reason for Low PDW
My wife's PDW is around 15.7 ( range is 39-46) on latest blood report, is this matter of concern?. Any medication? Reason?
Note - she had low grade fever when she had given blood sample.

Commenting on mere PWD value is difficult. Btw proper evaluation is needed as this (low pdw) suggests coagulation disorder but again clinical correlation is needed!
