Really painful head pain.

Asked for Male, 28 Years

While on a flight I started feeling shooting pain just behind my eye towards my forehead. It felt like a certain vien was paining badly. Right side of my head had zero pain . The pain was so hard that my left eye strated watering and it was unbearable. As soon as the plane landed it stoped paining and it has hint of pain now also. What could be the reason ?

It’s pain of pressure sinusitis. This happen becuase aircraft was not pressurised properly or your sinuses were not able to balance the inside pressure with atmospheric pressure. As you landed you returned to normal pressure so pain stopped. Next time if you fly and experience the pain blow air into your ears and eat chewing gum
