Rbc35-40hpf and protein 3+ in urine

Asked for Female, 29 Years

My brother was suffering by fewer and treated with tab. Dolo 650 and cefixime 250. afterwards he suffered by stomach ache. He treated with antacids but it was not controlled. He urinated reddish so Later on urine routine test given, in that test pus cells 5-7.Rbc 35-40, glucose nil, ( bacteria cysts and crystals = nil) Bp:130/90. RBS=89. On 10.06.19 evening only given Renal function test. In that pus cells are comes down by 3-5 hpf. The same day evening he started with Norflox tab. But now he doesn't have stomach ache. Now tell me what was his problem? Is it urine infection? Or it's kidney stones problem's.

Hello ...!! I can understand your confusion..!! Technically it can be because of UTI, Stones or both together..!! Urine test should have been done before starting antibiotics to get correct results for UTI..!! For STONES atleast a basic ultrasound scan should be done..!! May God bless all..!!
