Raw and sore penis and scrotum

Asked for Male, 38 Years

Skin peeling off scrotum and now it's raw and red and even foreskin is inflamed and sore to touch. Basically it's extremely painful. I am a patient of acute Asthma and just completed a course of Defcort 6mg yesterday. Currently I am taking Abphylline 100mg capsules 2 times daily. Seretra 80mg tab once daily, Theo asthalin 4mg thrice daily and L-montus tabs at bedtime.
