Yes...it is heat rash dermatitis or due to dry skin... treatment is simple apply coconut oil before bath and just after bath apply Moisturizer....it will go in 2-3 days....

use less soap ....
two times bathing necessary...
use daily Moisturizer....
drink plenty of water....
