Rashes over entire hand

Asked for Female, 28 Years

My friend is suffering from severe rashes..during evening time the rashes starts and stays till morning..he is having burning sensation and itchiness too. When it occurs it spreads all over the hand and in some other parts too. The rashes looks like swell up & bumped up skin as if any ant bite. He is unable to sleep during night time.rashes disappears during day time.what can be the reason for this?
