Rashes on whole body except face

Since yesterday he is suffering from fever, weakness, ulcers in mouth and red spots on the complete body except face Red spots are increasing He is detected with tropical sprue 2 days back What could be the reason for these red spots and weakness in the body? Can it be due to measles or is it just a sign of tropical sprue?
