My daughter develop these rashes suddenly on both sides of waist . It's not itchy , can't even feel while touching, just visible marks only . What it could be ?

Hello
It looks more like purple striaes even seen in Cushing syndrome. Other things need to be assessed like weight issues or any hormonal issues and detailed examination required
Either it could be stretch marks due to weight loss followed by weight gain
