Asked for Male, 36 Years

I have suffering some times rashes on skin. I have drug elergy and food elerrgy. Ciplofloxin, ciproflox, moxiflix tablets are alerrgy. I have hepatitis b positive. Is this because of Hepatitis. Please clarify and suggest. I am using l montac tablets at the suffering from alerrgy.
