Asked for Female, 27 Years

I am 28 years old female.. I m from agra.. I am on my visit to shirdi sai baba.. I had developed rashes over my hand and legs which was spreading after every hour a new rash came.. Some are big in size some are small as 0.5mm... The rashes are very itchi and bright red in colour.. I have take allegra 120 and citrizin but no improvement.. Now the rashes are spreading on my back also..
