Hello, I have few rashes on my penis. I had an habbit of cleaning my penis with soaps. Sometimes ago I used Cinthol soap, after that I got burning sensation & rashes. I consulted dermatologist, He advised me to do some tests including HIV & etc. And the results were negative. He gave fucidin 2% w/w cream to apply daily, that scar went off. But the thing is the rashes will form again if I stop using the ointment. Also I observed dryness while opening foreskin, which was not before. Please help.
