Rashes on my shoulder back

Asked for Male, 20 Years

I haveen been suffering from sort of allergy and rashes from the past 10 days and i had used several creams like AFDERM ,MAHICORT .They had been effective temporarily but my problem seems to be exist still.Can you sugggest me permanent solution?
