I developed rashes above ankle that are very itchy and leave scar aftdr 3 days and spread all over my right leg and some couple of them on wrist and other feet.. My left leg has more like 15 of them they are red flat top with no fluid in it.. I testsd negative for hiv last week now i m scared what it could be.
