Rashes on face and burning sensation

Asked for Male, 32 Years

I am facing problem of rashes on face mainly on nose and near by areas of cheeks. It also causes itching, burning sensation. It continuously feels that ants are crawling. If I apply Panderm Plus, it get cured. But if I leave applying Panderm, all symptoms occur again. I taking homeopathic medicines since January but there is no relieve. Pls suggest for remedy. Should I apply Panderm like face cream/ leave homeopathy medicines?
