Rashes on arms, back and thighs

Asked for Male, 27 Years

I am attaching photos also, please advise me the best as I already have visited 3-4 doctors but didn't find any better results. The rashes does not go away. I really want to get rid of this. I maintain proper hygiene in everything but even though this is still like it was.
