Rashes, itching at left hand wrist

Asked for Female, 27 Years

I got my ige test done and the level is 1788. I am taking homeopathy medicine for the same from last 8 months. Before the treatment ige level was 1693. The ige level is not reducing. Infact it has increased to 1788. Please suggest what should I do further.
