Rashes in both the arms

Asked for Female, 35 Years

My daughter lives in hostel, one girl was suffering high fever. My daughter has taken care (putting cold water dipped cloth on her forehead to decrease the fever). Thereafter, my daughter got rashes in her both arms in front side of her elbow area. These rashes are persisting even after five days of it first occurrence.
