Rashes at Neck and Below Eye

Asked for Male, 31 Years

I am having rashes since day before yesterday at neck and below eye. It's looked like red coloured intialy but now appearing white heads on it and having burning and itching sensation. It's not spreading. I have no breathing problem, fever and weakness.
